About the event
Looking for a new direction in your life? Know you have something to give, but not exactly sure where? Take time to step back from daily routine, and enjoy beauty of this stunning shoreline setting. The retreat will offer space to relax, unwind, and seek inspiration from the surroundings, and from others who have come.. A guided reflective walk along the Swilly Shoreline - scene of many stories of those struggle and passion, grace and transformation will be included, as will optional momring mediations on the beach.
There will be 2 creative personal development workshops offering a range of reflective techniques. including the Japanese concept of Ikigai - meaning 'life's worth'. .
For those who wish to stay at the Inishowen Gateway there's a residential package which all of the above, plus 2 nights B&B, 1 dinner and access to the hotel's leisure facilties. Bookings for that can be done via the hotel website.
