Advent Peace Walk

An opportunity to connect with yourself, and others, as you stroll through this stunning setting of Inishowen Head. As we approach Christmas-  the feast of the Prince Of Peace -take time to reflect on what impact the events going on in the world are having on you.   Enjoy the beauty, history and stillness of this place.  Notice what it stirs in you, as we explore together how we can best play our part for the peace we'd like to see.

Join with others for this gentle walk from the Inishowen Loop Head Walk out along the path for 1.5 - 2km and back, with short stops along the way for some prompts to reflection.  Approximately 90 mins in total, the walk will include the chance to take some time in silence and also the option to share a little of your reflections with others, insofar as you wish. Weather permitting we will finish back at the cars with a cuppa of something warm, so bring along a flask if you have one.

Those who come along are invited to bring any short piece ( poem/ reading/ song) linked to the theme of Advent or peace that they would like to share. 

All welcome (including dogs on leads). Please indicate if you need a lift from Moville, and this can be arranged.
