The wedding ceremony Patricia led was beautifully refreshing in its simplicity. While being true to the couple’s religious beliefs, it also had a modern twist and a wonderful blend of inclusive singing, well-chosen short readings and involvement of family. The beautiful a cappella singing by the bride and groom set a very romantic scene where one felt graced to be an honoured witness.

I have had the privilege of joining a number of events where Patricia was one of the organizers: at Advent and Pentecost. These were outdoor events involving adults and children. They were creative, engaging and bonding. More recently I have seen Patricia contribute to an Easter and a Pentecost ceremony indoors and online due to COVID. Again warm and memorable ceremonies.

She always manage to set a gracious atmosphere, through a gorgeous welcome and sensitive listening. She can achieve amazing contributions from young and old, rooted in each individual’s own perspective; heart rending and incredibly uplifting to experience, within which, she seamlessly weaves a powerful analysis that stays in the mind.
